DmiUnregisterCi -- Remove a callable interface from the service provider's list of registered interfaces

Description

This function is used to tell the service provider to remove a direct component instrumentation interface from the service provider's table of registered interfaces.

(input) Service provider assigned handle uniquely identifying this component instrumentation.
