cdptrec produces a table that lists the name of each
field in the Path Table Record and its value, as recorded
on the CD-ROM. A Path Table contains a variable length
record for each directory in the file system.
directory
Directory within the CD-ROM file system.

Produce table in binary format.
Exit codes
On success, cdptrec returns 0.
On failure cdptrec returns 1, which indicates that
directory is not found or access permission is denied.
