Administering filesystems

Sharing and unsharing filesystems

To share (export) a filesystem in the Filesystem Manager, select the filesystem from the list, then select Share -> NFS -> Share.

If the filesystem is not listed, you must add the share configuration for the filesystem before you can share it. See ``Understanding share access permissions''.

NOTE: You must select View -> Share Status before sharing or unsharing filesystems.

To unshare a filesystem, select the filesystem, then select Share -> NFS -> Unshare.
