Configuring incoming PPP connections

The PPP Incoming Connection Wizard interface

You can use the PPP Incoming Connection Wizard to define incoming PPP links.

NOTE: You must have already configured the communications device(s) that you intend to use for PPP. Suitable devices are modems and ISDN terminal adapters. See ``The Modem Manager'' and ``Adding ISDN devices'' for more information on how to configure your system for such devices.

To define the configuration of a new incoming connection using the PPP Incoming Connection Wizard, select Software Configure PPP to start the PPP Manager, select View Bundles, select Wizard Add, then select Incoming -- Remote Access Server, and click on Start.

To modify an existing incoming configuration using the PPP Incoming Connection Wizard, select Software Configure PPP to start the PPP Manager, select View Bundles, select the incoming bundle to be modified, select Wizard Modify, then select Incoming -- Remote Access Server, and click on Start.
