Containment and scoping

According to BMIP protocol, a request to an OSA class can specify object instances by naming a containment object in the BMIP request and an appropriate scoping parameter.

The Server API itself supports one type of scoping, with the help of subordinate OSAs that implement the list procedure and superior OSAs that have SDTs. This scoping is identified by either of the keywords firstLevelOnly or 1.
