NAME

dscr - show segment descriptor information

SYNOPSIS

dscr address dscr+ address

DESCRIPTION

The dscr macro shows what the process is and at what privledge level it is running (user/root). The dscr+ macro is the same as dscr, but sets up the nx command to automatically point to the next descriptor.

The show segment descriptor is defined in /usr/include/sys/seg.h.

First run the proc macro using the address of a process. (or use *curproc) Then use the value in 'segu' as an argument to dscr.

Typical output looks like:

        S> dscr F0C06000
        [F0C06000] Task Gate
        selector 2300 offset 6A00C600 count 8B valid 0 priv.lev 2

DEFINED IN

dscr.k
