lbolt - Interpret an lbolt value as an elapsed time

SYNOPSIS

lbolt address

DESCRIPTION

The lbolt macro takes the address of a numeric variable which is interpreted as a number of ticks since boot. This macro prints the amount time this tick count represents. This macro is called ny the stat macro to display the age of the system when it paniced. Generally, the argument which makes sense for this macros is *lbolt.

Typical output looks like this:
